Eligibility
As an AFL-CIO affiliated union member, you are eligible to finance your home loan through the Affinity Lending Center. Homes financed must be in Hawaii, Oregon, or Washington. You must plan to live in the property financed through the program to be eligible for the closing cost discounts.
